Ethical Code

The Ethical Code constitutes the most comprehensive regulatory instrument within the structure of Grupo Sociedad de Tasación.

It is approved with the purpose of collecting and uniting the Principles that have guided the different companies of Grupo Sociedad de Tasación, constituting a set of rules within the Group's structure, thus serving as a guide for all people who interact with the companies within the Group, instilling an ethical culture, values, as well as a description of behaviors to be promoted and behaviors to be avoided.

The principles collected are developed into the rules, procedures, and protocols that will affect all areas of the companies that make up Grupo Sociedad de Tasación, paying special attention to the principles of professional independence, as well as professional secrecy and confidentiality and the highest quality in the services provided, through behaviors governed by honesty, respect for legality and social values, which has undoubtedly contributed to the good reputation of the Group’s companies in today’s market.

Canal Denuncia

El Grupo Sociedad de Tasación and the companies that comprise it, show a firm commitment to the prevention and detection of all types of infractions committed in a work or professional context, considering fundamental pillars of this preventive work both the communication of said infractions, as well as the protection of informants.

For this reason, each of the companies that comprise it has an Internal Information System, also known as a “Canal Denuncia”, through which violations of legal regulations, or of the internal regulations of the respective company that is part of the Group, can be reported.

Through the use of this channel, communications may be made referring, exclusively, to the following actions or omissions:

Under no circumstances may the aforementioned Canal Denuncia be used to process complaints or claims relating to services provided by said companies to their clients.

In this sense, said channel may be used, exclusively, by the following groups:

All of this, in compliance with the regulations on the protection of personal data, and respecting the principles of independence, confidentiality and secrecy of the identity of the reporting person, as well as of the information and communications received, and absence of any type of retaliation for the mere fact of reporting, in compliance with Law 2/2023, of February 20, regulating the protection of persons who report regulatory infractions and the fight against corruption, and other applicable regulations in force at all times.

Likewise, the person to whom the reported facts refer will have the right to the presumption of innocence, the right to honor, judicial protection and defense, and the right to be heard and the right to information about the conduct attributed to said person and access to the file in question (without being able to know, in any case, the identity of the reporting person).

IMPORTANT NOTICE: The aforementioned Canal Denuncia is not authorized to process complaints or claims related to services provided to clients of companies that make up Grupo Sociedad de Tasación.
